A Little About Me...
Samantha began dancing at the age of 10 under the guidance of her mother Kelly Buckwalter Casanova.  Her competitive dance career began in 2001. Since then she has worked her way up from Novice to being one of the top All Stars division dancers in the country. She has won as both a leader and a follower at the NGSDC (Next-Gen) Progressive Luck of the Draw competition. She is also consistently in the final rounds at national events in the Professional Strictly Swing division.

2004 Capital Swing Young Adult Champion
2 Time California State Dance Champion
4 Time All Star Jack and Jill Champion 1st ever US Open Junior Strictly Champion

Samantha has taught, judged and competed throughout the United States, England and Scotland.
